3. Shipment Confirmation Email: Includes UPS tracking, and sent when your order has shipped (usually within 24hrs on business/working days)

SAFEBRICK offers free shipping on all online orders via UPS ground. We regret that at this time, we are unable to offer rush shipping - but this is a feature that will be added shortly. We currently ship to the following countries:

We currently offer free returns for full refunds within 30 days of your safebrick.com purchase.
2-YEAR WARRANTY
* If your product has broken (and is the fault of
SAFEBRICK outside the 30-day return window,
but within its 2-year warranty you may be eligbile
for free repair.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
* SAFEBRICK has the risk and liability for damage
to the goods during transport when delivering
until you or someone appointed by you have
taken physical possession of the goods.
* If you choose to return the goods regardless of
the situation you will have the risk and liability for
damage to the goods during transport when
returning until SAFEBRICK has taken physical
possession of the goods.
* Business/Working Days: SAFEBRICK can
dispatch orders on working days only. Working
days are Monday to Friday, please take this into
account when placing orders over the weekend.
For example, if you place an order on Saturday
your order will be dispatched on the next
working day, which is Monday.
